 The Daniel Plan is a faith based plan based on five Essentials:

Faith – Food – Fitness – Focus – Friends

Contrary to popular belief, it is not just about diet.  It is about building a healthy, permanent lifestyle, using the five essentials.  When you do this, you experience a healthier outlook for your body, heart and mind.

This plan was developed by Rick Warren, pastor of Saddleback Church, Dr. Daniel Amen and Dr. Mark Hyman.

New Song Community Church’s group currently meets, at the church, on Thursday evenings at 5:15.  There is a six week DVD series that we go through a couple of times a year and continue meeting throughout as a support group.
