Hebrews 9:28 in the Bible says that Christ will appear a second time to save those who are waiting for him, not to deal with sin. The verse appears in the context of Hebrews 9:27, which states that each person dies once and is then judged by God. 

The verse states that Christ was offered once as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come a second time, not to offer himself for sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
